Return Policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@grizzlygrips.co.uk. Once your return is authorised, we’ll furnish you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package back. Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or if the wrong item is delivered, notify us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and select personal care items are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have questions about the return eligibility of your item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item and then make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same conditions apply as for our standard return policy.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
